The Inverness Country Club Clubhouse is a perfect facility for business, birthdays, graduation parties, anniversaries, small weddings and so much more. Our Clubhouse has capacity for 100 guests with a full service kitchen for you or a hired caterer to prepare a meal for your event. There is plenty of lawn space out front for games, tents, additional seating, bouncey houses, etc.
Inverness Member Rates:
Full Day Weekend – $250.00 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays)
Half-Day Weekend – $150.00 (4 Hours-done by 4 p.m. same day)
Full Day Weekday – $150.00
Half-Day Weekday – $125.00 (4 Hours, any time slot morning, afternoon or evening, excluding holidays)
Full Day – $425.00
Half-Day – $250.00 (4 Hours-done by 4 p.m. same day)
- Non-Members will also pay a $100 Cleaning and Security Deposit at time of contract initiation. This refundable deposit will cover damages and cleaning above that provided by renters.
- Full payment is due 14 days prior to your rental date.
- There is an option for event setup/tear down at a fee of $50. Please indicate this at time of rental.
Applies to both Members and Non-Members renting facility.
- 20% of rate contracted will be payable to club for any event cancelled less than 48 hours prior to date of event.

- ALL TRASH IS TO BE PUT IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER.
- KITCHEN SINKS AND COUNTERS SHOULD BE LEFT CLEAN.
- REFRIGERATORS SHOULD BE LEFT WITH NO FOOD IN THEM.
- CHECK TO SEE THAT HEAT IS TURNED DOWN OR AIR TURNED OFF, WINDOWS CLOSED, TOILETS AND SINKS NOT RUNNING, LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND DOORS LOCKED.
- RETURN KEY TO THE PERSON YOU RECEIVED IT FROM OR LEAVE ON COUNTER TOP.
