Rental Information

The Inverness Country Club Clubhouse is a perfect facility for business, birthdays, graduation parties, anniversaries, small weddings and so much more. Our Clubhouse has capacity for 100 guests with a full service kitchen (no dishwasher though) for you or a hired caterer to prepare a meal for your event. There is plenty of lawn space out front for games, tents, additional seating, bounce houses, etc.

Rentals are only available to ICC Members.

Inverness Member Rate:  $450 with a $100 cleaning fee, payment should be made via the electronic request for the total amount $550 upon approval of the Clubhouse rental date by the Clubhouse chair. Checks and cash are no longer accepted as forms of payment for rental.

-20% cancellation fee if event cancelled within 30 days of event

  • There is an electronic lock on the back door, you will be emailed the code 2 days prior to the event so that you have access on the day of the event.
  •  You can access the Clubhouse anytime after 8am to set up your event. There is no set time when you need to be out, but typically by 11pm.
  •  If you are renting a tent for the front lawn, please email the Clubhouse chair (Michelle Miller)  clubhouse@inverness-mi-.com so we can ensure the grounds staff have time to mow close to when the tent will be set up.

CLUBHOUSE RULES:

  1. NO PARKING ON FRONT LAWN, ADDITIONAL PARKING ACROSS THE STREET AT PROSHOP IF NEEDED
  2. NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IN BUILDING
  3. RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAPE, NAIL, OR STAPLE DECORATIONS TO ANY SURFACES IN THE CLUBHOUSE.
  4. ALL TRASH IS TO BE PUT IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER.
  5. KITCHEN SINKS AND COUNTERS SHOULD BE LEFT CLEAN.
  6. TABLES SHOULD BE CLEANED BEFORE PUTTING AWAY.
  7. REFRIGERATORS SHOULD BE LEFT WITH NO FOOD IN THEM.
  8. CHECK TO SEE THAT HEAT IS TURNED DOWN OR AIR TURNED OFF, WINDOWS CLOSED, TOILETS AND SINKS NOT RUNNING, LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND DOORS LOCKED.
  9. RETURN KEY TO THE PERSON YOU RECEIVED IT FROM.
  10. REPORT ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR RENTAL TO THE CLUBHOUSE CHAIRPERSON.
