Rental Information

The Inverness Country Club Clubhouse is a perfect facility for business, birthdays, graduation parties, anniversaries, small weddings and so much more. Our Clubhouse has capacity for 100 guests with a full service kitchen (no dishwasher though) for you or a hired caterer to prepare a meal for your event. There is plenty of lawn space out front for games, tents, additional seating, bounce houses, etc.

Inverness Member Rates:
Full Day – $400.00

Non-Member Rates:
Full Day – $600.00

Non-Members are required to pay a $100 Deposit at time of contract initiation.

  • Full payment is due when given access to clubhouse.
  • There is an option for event setup/tear down at a fee of $50 each.  Please indicate this at time of rental.

Cancellation Policy:
Applies to both Members and Non-Members renting facility.

  • 20% of rate contracted will be payable to club for any event cancelled less than 48 hours prior to date of event.

CLUBHOUSE RULES:

  1. NO PARKING ON FRONT LAWN
  2. NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IN BUILDING
  3. RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAPE, NAIL, OR STAPLE DECORATIONS TO ANY SURFACES IN THE CLUBHOUSE.
  4. ALL TRASH IS TO BE PUT IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER.
  5. KITCHEN SINKS AND COUNTERS SHOULD BE LEFT CLEAN.
  6. TABLES SHOULD BE CLEANED BEFORE PUTTING AWAY.
  7. REFRIGERATORS SHOULD BE LEFT WITH NO FOOD IN THEM.
  8. CHECK TO SEE THAT HEAT IS TURNED DOWN OR AIR TURNED OFF, WINDOWS CLOSED, TOILETS AND SINKS NOT RUNNING, LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND DOORS LOCKED.
  9. RETURN KEY TO THE PERSON YOU RECEIVED IT FROM.
  10. REPORT ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR RENTAL TO THE CLUBHOUSE CHAIRPERSON.
