The Renter, if a non-member, is required to secure the booking with a $100.00 deposit. The rental fee will be based on the booking type and shall be paid prior to the date of rental. The Renter will be notified by email. The Renter will be liable for all lost items and broken property. Rental of the Club House shall NOT be reassigned to other parties.
ICC reserves the right to re-enter the premises at any time for inspection of same.
The Renter shall abide by all the laws, statutes and regulations pertaining to the use of alcoholic beverages. Under no conditions is any equipment in the building to be removed from the premises.
The Clubhouse must be cleaned and all trash put in the dumpster immediately following your event unless otherwise given special arrangements.
IMPORTANT AGREEMENT: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the ICC from any liability for damages to the person’s or property in, on or about said rented premises or arising out of the rental of said premises from any cause whatsoever. The Renter is responsible for securing the necessary liability insurance, in the amount of $500,000.00 as required. Proof of said insurance will be shown to ICC.
The Clubhouse will be closed by 2:00 a.m. and noise shall be held to a level that will not disturb neighbors. Keg beer must be kept in kitchen or outside. It is NOT allowed on carpeted floors or the dance floor. NO SMOKING IN BUILDING. Renter must provide your own table service, covers, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, etc. If using candles, they need to be placed inside a glass container. Renter may not use tape on walls or windows.
